I thrive on the challenge to do something that hasn't been done.

I've had tremendous success at it; some of my work has ended up in Boeing's Museum of Flight, the Smithsonian Institution, and has even been recognized by the US Secretary of Defense.

I have extensive development experience with aircraft, missiles and spacecraft including a number of different ICBM programs and satellites.

I’ve helped develop complex ground vehicles and vehicle systems: I led development of the BAE Systems MRAP family of vehicles and led development of the successful proof of concept for the DoD’s HMMWV replacement, the BAE Systems JLTV. I also led the initial development of the first hybrid electric drive for armored vehicles. 

 

Lately I’ve been helping companies innovate: I developed and implemented a web-based innovation process for a London based natural resources company. My team and I advanced ideas which may yield more than $3 billion USD revenue for the group.
